CANCELLATION POLICY
🚨 Please Read Policy 🚨 Cancellations: You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Tardiness: A 10-minute grace period is given for clients running late. • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be charged. • After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged 100% of your service price. No Shows: Clients who no-show will forfeit their deposit and be charged 100% of their booked service(s).
